It offers an insight into the team spirit and culture for prospective new talent.

Headshot Photography in Stamford

Andrew the Managing Director and Claire the Marketing Manager, approached me as a Stamford Photographer. After an initial conversation on what the business was looking for, we arranged a date and a plan to photograph headshots for the team. In this instance, they both liked the clean and subtle style of the grey background so that’s what we used for the session.

Some of the team headshots from the original session are below…

Business Growth and New Team Members

Part of the photography requirements for MorePeople was to be able to photograph new team members, as and when they started. Over time as the business has grown and with natural turnover of staff, it was important to keep the headshots for the team consistent and up to date.

New team members that have joined the business since the original photo session. The style and consistency of the headshots has remained the same, so not to look out of place. This return service for new team members is one of the benefits of working with a local photographer.

Headshots for LinkedIn

Two of the main uses of business headshots are for the company website and LinkedIn. LinkedIn is one of the most popular social media platforms for business and professional networking, and as such many businesses want to have a professional and active presence on there. Staff often don’t have professional headshots of their own to use on LinkedIn, which at best can look ununified at worst can be detrimental to the business image. Having a consistent and professional brand image for your team on LinkedIn with business headshots can really make an impact while using the platform to reach existing and new clients.

Below is how the team at MorePeople have used their business headshots for LinkedIn…
